Type KU
The
Klein Type KU Gravity Heater/Cooler unit is specifically suited for
granular and free flowing bulk materials such as granules, sand, powder
catalyst etc. requiring heating or cooling.
Bulk
material is fed from the top of the heat exchanger and flows by
gravity down, along the heat exchanger surfaces.Hot or cold water,
inside the heat exchanger tubes, flows counter current to the material
flow and the proprietary design ensures a high degree of heat exchange.
Constant
temperature of the treated bulk material is achieved
automatically by controlling the flow of the heating/cooling water.
