assure exact moisture content of the mixed sand - every time!
Lippke
Systems, proven in numerous applications for the past 37 years,
not only determine moisture content and temperature of the return sand
but also measure it’s density as a compensating factor.
Lippke
Systems are designed to assure optimum final moisture content
and constant bulk density, which is known to have a decisive influence
on moldability.
The
Lippke process differs from other known conventional moisture
control systems by measuring return sand properties before the mixer.
Knowing the actual condition of the return sand and comparing such data
to desired prepared sand conditions allows calculation and addition of
the optimum water quantity to each batch (or continuous) mixer
operation, without extending the mixing time.
All
data collection and computations are done automatically resulting
in improved quality sand and higher production rates.
